The Network Into Tech Bootcamp
A 5-session live program that teaches you how to land tech roles without cold applying. Learn how to build genuine connections, start strategic conversations, and position yourself for real opportunities — even if you’re starting from scratch.
Session 1: Map Your Network (Even If You Think You Don’t Have One)
We’ll help you uncover the hidden value in your existing connections — friends, colleagues, classmates, and even online communities — and turn that into a launchpad for your outreach.
In this session, you’ll: Build your personal connection map and define 2–3 relevant roles or companies to focus on.
Deliverable: A real list of 20+ warm and semi-warm contacts to reach out to this week.
Session 2: Start Conversations That Open Doors
Learn how to craft messages that don’t feel spammy — and how to ask for insight, not favors. This is about building relationships, not begging for jobs.
In this session, you’ll: Send your first batch of messages and book at least one call with someone in the industry.
Deliverable: 5–10 messages sent + 1 scheduled conversation with someone in your target space.
Session 3: Tell Your Story with Clarity
We’ll teach you how to clearly explain who you are, what you bring, and what kind of role you’re aiming for — without sounding vague, needy, or boring.
In this session, you’ll: Craft your “connection pitch” and test it in real calls or email threads.
Deliverable: A written personal pitch and at least 1 use case where it was shared and received feedback.
Session 4: Create Momentum With Small Asks
Learn how to turn friendly chats into career traction. We’ll cover how to follow up without pressure, ask for intros, and stay top-of-mind as roles open up.
In this session, you’ll: Write follow-ups and lightly ask for advice, referrals, or connection to others.
Deliverable: 3+ follow-ups sent that create forward momentum with your network.
Session 5: Turn Conversations Into Offers
Finally, we’ll help you identify warm opportunities and navigate the shift from “just chatting” to “actually applying.” You’ll know when to go for it — and how to make your ask confidently.
In this session, you’ll: Identify 1–2 real roles you’re now connected to, and plan a next step (referral, application, or interview).
Deliverable: A written job search strategy based on real people and real pathways, not cold job boards.
This is how people actually get hired in tech. You’ll leave with a strategy, a real network, and conversations that create real opportunities — even if you’re just getting started.
